Abstract: Economists and other scientists depend on survey data for their analysis, but this data may include many biases. This project proposes to develop a tool for detecting biases in survey data. First, are certain types of questions more susceptible to biases. Second, how does the quality of data collected by government organizations compare to that of data collected by academic researchers. Lastly, is it possible to identify enumerators who are not doing a good job early in the collection process.
